Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026. English is the policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how Sunset Gaming LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Your Site (referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Your Site," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with this website (www.yoursite.site), shop pages on yoursite.site, text messages, logins, and the Your Site service (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, making a login, texting us, or making a payment, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

Your Site is operated by Sunset Gaming LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Your Site is a DBA (doing business as) name of Sunset Gaming LLC, not a separate legal entity. Card charges appear as Your Site. Until the card processor finishes the name change, some statements may still show an older name. Our principal place of business is in Texas, United States. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use the Service, including when you visit www.yoursite.site, open a shop page we host, submit Start, make a login, or pay. The Service is a one-page shop website we host for $9.99 a month. You can change the page in the editor before you pay, or keep a page we built if we texted you. Google or email on Keep is your login. Your name in the bar takes you back. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites such as Stripe, Resend, or Google (if you use Sign in with Google), each of which has its own privacy policy.

3. Information We Collect

This is also our notice at collection. We collect only what we need to run the Service.

3.1 Login

If you make a Your Site login, we collect your email and a hashed password. Your email is the login. We may send a confirm-email link so we know that inbox is yours. If you sign in with Google, Google sends us your name and a verified email. We do not receive your Google password. We use a signed session cookie so you stay signed in on your shop page. We do not run a public customer dashboard beyond the shop page and the login page.

3.2 Information You Provide to Us

3.3 Information We Do Not Copy From Other Platforms

The DIY Start wizard does not copy a Google Business Profile. If a shop came from outbound sales, we may have used public listing facts to start a draft. You remain the owner of any Google or Facebook account you already have. We never take a Google or Facebook password.

3.4 Payment Information

We use Stripe to handle credit card and debit card payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment card information. We do not store or have access to your full card number. We receive from Stripe a confirmation that you paid, the amount, the date, a receipt identifier, and the last four digits of the card for records and support. Stripe's use of payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com.

3.5 Cookies, Local Storage, and Connection Notes

We use a signed session cookie so you stay signed in. We use browser local storage to remember English or Spanish and the last ZIP you typed on the Start form. Shop pages also keep a first-party visitor id in local storage (not an ad cookie) so two looks on the same phone can be one person. We keep a shop-usage log of human looks, taps (Call, Directions, Keep, Sign in), login times, device type, and the connection's approximate city so we can run the shop. We may log nearby city, ZIP, state, and country (approximate, from the connection), the page you came from, timezone, and device type. We do not store your full IP address. We do not use GPS. We do not use third-party cookies or ad pixels from Meta, Google Ads, or other ad networks. We do not sell visitor lists.

3.6 Do Not Track

We do not use advertising trackers. A "Do Not Track" signal in your browser does not change extra switches on this site, because there is no ad-tracking to turn off. Language and login cookies still work so the site can function.

3.7 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your Google password or Facebook password. If you make a Your Site login with a password, we store only a one-way hash, not the password itself. We do not collect your browsing activity on other websites. We do not collect precise device location. We do not collect biometric information. We do not run background checks or collect government-issued identification numbers.

4. How We Use Your Information

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 Service Providers

We require providers to use your information only to serve us, consistent with this policy.

5.2 Other Companies

Stripe processes cards. Resend may send login and billing emails. Sign-in with Google, if you use it, is identity only. Those companies have their own privacy policies. We do not place your shop on Facebook or Google as the product.

5.3 We Do Not Sell or Share for Advertising

We do not sell personal information. We do not sell a list of shop names, phones, emails, or photos. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not share personal information for a third party's own ads. We do not share for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not join ad networks that track people across sites.

5.4 Legal Obligations and Protection

We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe in good faith it is needed to comply with process, protect our rights, enforce the User Agreement, or protect safety. That may include law enforcement, tax authorities, or payment processors.

5.5 Business Transfers

If Your Site or Sunset Gaming LLC is in a merger, sale of assets, or similar event, information may move to the successor. We will post a notice or text you.

6. Data Retention

7. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures, including hashing passwords and signing session cookies. No internet transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You transmit information at your own risk. If you think a login or shop file was compromised, use Contact.

8. Age Restriction

The Service is for adult business owners 18 or older. It is a business-to-business service, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we did, we will delete it. Use Contact if you believe we have information from a person under 18.

9. Your Choices

9.1 Access and Correction

Use Contact to ask what we have about your shop or to correct it. We will respond in a reasonable time.

9.2 Deletion

Use Contact to delete shop information and take down the page we host. We will delete or anonymize what we control, subject to Section 6.

9.3 Stop Text Messages

Reply STOP to opt out of further sales or service texts if you already receive them. STOP does not cancel pay and does not delete records. DIY shops change the page after they sign in; stopping texts does not take the site down. To cancel pay, use Card and cancel on your login, the link in our emails, Contact, or stop the card.

9.4 Cancel Subscription

Use Contact. No refund is required. After you stop paying, or if you never pay, the one-page site stays up four months, as in the User Agreement.

9.5 Language Preference

Clear the language choice by clearing site data in your browser.

9.6 Close a Login

Use Contact to close a Your Site login. We will stop that login from signing in. Shop files and hosting after you stop paying still follow Section 6 and the User Agreement.

10. Third-Party Sites and Services

This Privacy Policy does not apply to Stripe, Resend, or Google sign-in. Review those policies if you use those services.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this page. The "Last updated" date will change. For a material change we may post a notice or text you. Using the Service after an update means you accept the new page.

12. State Privacy Rights (including California)

If you live in a U.S. state with extra privacy rights (including California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah), you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing for ads. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share" switch to flip. To use a state right, use Contact. We will not deny the Service, charge extra, or give a worse shop page because you asked. We may need to confirm it is you (for example the shop phone or email we already have).

13. Where Information Is Processed

The Service is operated from Texas, United States. Hosting, payments, email, and related tools may process information in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, you understand that information is handled in the United States, where laws may differ from your country.

14. Texas Law

Sunset Gaming LLC is a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy is governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Privacy disputes, to the extent they are litigated, belong in the state courts of Texas, as in the User Agreement.

15. Contact
